Education:

  • Graduated from St. Gertrude High School in Richmond in 1988.

  • Attended George Mason University and studied communications and public relations.

Interesting Facts:

  • Served as a Richmond County YMCA Board Member for 5 years.

  • When not at work, Regis spends time with her husband Mike, of 17 years and her two daughters, Candace (8), and Meredith (14). Both girls are actively involved in school sports, mainly softball and basketball and volleyball.

Interests:

  • Regis loves to cook, especially for events, and spends much of her spare time serving others in various ways.  In their downtime, the family also loves to fish and boat.  Her favorite vacation spot is Buxton, NC where she and her family surf fish for puppy drum and pompano.
