Fiberglass Pool Builders Showcase: Signature Pools of Chicago

We’re passionate about fiberglass pools here at River Pools, and we believe that the only barrier that prevents many potential pool owners from considering fiberglass pools as a serious option is simply a lack of awareness. 

So, in an effort to spread the ‘good news’, we’ve decided to do this series to showcase some of the leading fiberglass pool installers from around the world. As you’ll see, these builders are producing cutting edge projects with unmatched craftsmanship. The sun is indeed setting on the era of plain bathtub pools, and a new dawn of fiberglass pools is on the horizon. 

My only hope is that you’ll get as much pleasure out of this series as I do!

So, without further ado, I introduce you to our first featured pool builder, Signature Pools of Chicago.

The guys at Signature Pools have made a profound impact on the fiberglass pool industry.  Since their inception in 2003 they have been nationally recognized for their stunning designs and impeccable craftsmanship. 

Let’s jump right in and take a look at some of their stunning work!

This pool won the 2009 Masters of Design Award for Signature Pools and it's pretty obvious why. 

Here are some of the features of this breathtaking design:

• A vanishing edge (at far end of pool)

• Laminar Deck Jet Water Features
• Poolside Inground Spa with Spillway
• Custom Pergola with Rain Fall Water feature
• Travertine Pool Coping and Patio
• Custom Built Outdoor Fire Place and Chimney

This next project gained Signature Pools the best overall design award at the Leisure Pools National Dealer Conference in 2011.

Some of the features showcased in this project are:

• A stunning poolside wall made of manufactured retaining wall block
• Symmetrical steps on each side of the pool leading to the elevated patio area
• A concrete paver patio
• Bullnose paver pool coping that is accentuated by the gray paver border on the inside and outside of the patio.
• Deck jet water features from the upper patio to the pool.
• An elegant arch top fence gate.

This next project is the epitome of a gorgeous and serene outdoor space.
